Yes. Two days before arrival we place a refundable $300 hold on your card. It is a hold, not a charge, and it is released within 7 days after check out once the home has been inspected.
Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check in. Between 7 and 13 days before, you get 50% of the nightly rate back plus the cleaning fee. Within 7 days, the cleaning fee is refunded but the nightly rate is not. If a mandatory hurricane evacuation covers your dates, you get a full refund for those nights. Full details.

Yes, and it only takes a click. Before you book, you check a box confirming you have read and agree to our House Rules and Rental Terms. That acceptance, with the date and time, is saved with your booking and counts as your rental agreement. We may also ask for a photo ID before arrival.
